I recently had the pleasure of working with Lilly Brown and Jamie Martin to renew my subscription to both magazines (Leatherneck and Gazette). Both were extremely friendly and professional. I wish other organizations had people like Lilly and Jamie! Also, I think that the Marine Corps Association is the one place where I don't mind being placed on hold when I call.
