Membership is open to all active duty, Reserve, retired, and honorably discharged Marine veterans. Also eligible are members of our sister Services who are serving with or have served with Marine Corps units. Spouses, children of MCA members over 15 years of age, and unmarried former spouses or widows of MCA members are eligible in their own right for membership. Parents/guardians of a Marine and civilians working for Marine Corps or Marine-related organizations are also eligible for membership.
NOTE: If you are not eligible for membership, you do have the option to become a subscriber to both Leatherneck and Marine Corps Gazette magazines.
